What is a Women’s Group?
Throughout history, women have gathered to honor their femininity, find support, learn from others, and share their personal experiences.
In the vein of this tradition, Neshima Healing offers weekly group-meetings, catered especially for women, where we look deeper inside and discuss our experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
By coming together in community, we quickly realize that the parts we keep most hidden – all those fears, thoughts, and worries – are often shared by those around us.
It’s that shared experience that allows the healing to flow. By listening to the stories of your fellow participants, you can begin to heal your own traumas.
“Hagit gave me and the other women a sense of belonging from the first meeting. Calmly and with a smile, she led us on a journey to find inside all that we need.”

What happens in a Women’s Group?
While every group’s flow is organic and unique, the overall goal is always to promote healing within our Self. Some common elements are meditation, group sharing sessions, self-discovery work, and mindfulness practices.
When a new group comes together, we dedicate time to creating a safe container to share and to be heard. Every woman who joins is an equal – and this understanding is at the core of our groups.
As one past participant said,
“I get such a warm feeling every time we come together and do this work.”
What if I’m not ready to share?
While the seeds of change are planted the moment you sign up for a group, it sometimes takes a few weeks before you feel completely comfortable. And that’s ok! We live in a guarded world. A place where it may not feel safe to share your true Self.
That’s why the groups are designed to ease you into the healing and create an environment of non-judgement and trust.
Over time (and it often happens quickly), you will find comfort in sharing your different parts and uncovering your true Self.
Because the women’s groups focus on identifying and healing our parts, participants often find themselves much more at peace with (and closer to) their true Self.
There’s a realization that you are multi-dimensional.
As you go deeper into the self-discovery process, you start to have fun with it. Like, “wow! I have this part. And this part. And this part. And it’s all in me!”
At first, this amount of introspection and self-discovery can be intimidating. Then, before you know it, you find yourself wanting to go deeper. That’s where the “warm feeling” begins to arise and inspires you to go deeper.
How is this different from the mindfulness group?
The mindfulness group is more of an introduction to mindfulness meditation, whereas
The women’s group is a more comprehensive program, designed to inspire you to discover the parts that make you who you are – and connect deeply with your true Self.
Each week, we will focus on a mix of guided self-discovery, group sharing, and mindfulness meditation.
