Dear Hagit,
I’m so thankful for the Mindfulness course which was an exciting journey inside and outside myself. Like a tense muscle that’s hurt to move until you press on and the pain is released. After a few difficult years, i feel lighter and closer to my self. Thank you for your guidance, sensitivity and care.

Hagit Zeev is one of the best therapists out there, besides her being an amazing person, I couldn’t have chosen a better professional to reflect my different sides.
Once a week I take myself to a date and work with myself, the sides that manage my life and my daily routine, the characters of self that run in the background.
I’m very grateful to have found Hagit and I value her highly effective method of treatment.
The support and tools Hagit provides in every session are truly valuable and effective.
Thank you, Hagit!

I had the great pleasure of giving a gift to myself by participating in an eight weeks long workshop with Hagit.
Hagit is very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant personality. She managed to be open minded, kind and respectful to each one of us and she gave each of us his special space.
This workshop is a must do, especially in times where everything is so stressful and everyone is aiming for no less than perfection.
You can learn how to manage situations and be responsible for your own life in a way that is filled with compassion and forgiveness, less judgmental.
If you love yourself, give yourself this gift.

Being the mother of 2 teen girls is without a doubt one of the most challenging things I’ve experienced in my parenthood. At my age – just when I thought that my personal and career paths and future were clear and focused – I found myself in completely foreign territory – literally a battlefield where I was pulled into fights, arguments and dilemmas every day. I couldn’t understand how I got there – I found myself in survival mode, resigning to the frustrating new reality.
When I got to Hagit’s workshop I couldn’t even figure out how I could afford to take the time and space for myself. But through the course of the workshop, I realized that it was actually ME who needed to stop, accept MYSELF and MY reality and simply be mindful and aware. I learned about myself and my journey, with the help of Hagit and the group, and I received practical tools that help me on a day to day basis. The tools and insights helped me become more present in the present, to run less and listen more, to climb less and breathe more. Surprisingly, this experience started to spill over into my home, affecting my teen daughters and the entire family. Without a doubt I am now a more aware and mindful mom – more present and definitely happier!
Thanks so much Hagit!

As a parent of two teenage boys, I learned to stop and look at my new stage in life. I accepted the times that they don’t want to talk to me and got tools to cope with conflicts from a centered place. Now I have very few disputes with my boys. I believe in them more and catch myself when I come from my fears. I understand my roll and enjoy precious moments with them.

Hagit recently led a two-day mindfulness retreat for our staff. She did a fantastic job of creating a safe space for participants to learn about mindfulness, deepen their practice, and strengthen their sense of community. Hagit has a clear and simple approach to explaining mindfulness and warmly invites participants to try it for themselves. I feel fortunate to have been exposed to Hagit’s teaching and feel very comfortable recommending her to any individual or group looking to explore the gifts of mindfulness.
